Repairing and Redoing in the Divine Will According to Luisa Piccarreta

Introduction

In the spirituality of the Divine Will as revealed to Luisa Piccarreta, two profound practices emerge as central to the soul’s journey: repairing and redoing.

These are not merely devotional acts, but deep participations in the very Life of God. Through them, the soul unites with Jesus to restore the glory, love, and honor that creatures often fail to give to God.

 What Does “Repairing” Mean?
Repairing means offering love, adoration, and sorrow on behalf of all creatures, united with Jesus.
Jesus explains this mission clearly in Luisa’s writings:

“I seek souls who, uniting themselves with Me, make reparation for all, and in the name of all, give Me love for all.” (Vol. 12)

This reveals that repairing is not limited to personal devotion—it is universal. The soul enters into the Heart of Jesus and begins to love, adore, and repair for everyone.

Another passage highlights how this union works:
“The one who lives in My Will embraces everything and everyone, and makes up for all before Me.” (Vol. 11)

Repairing, then, becomes a divine act—no longer human and limited, but extended to all souls across time.

 What Does “Redoing” Mean?

Redoing means to repeat every act in the Divine Will as Jesus did—perfectly. Jesus describes this extraordinary reality:

“In My Will, the soul finds all acts as though in act, and she can take them and redo them all in Me.” (Vol. 14)

This means nothing is ever lost. Every prayer, every action—whether imperfect or incomplete—can be redone in the Divine Will with divine perfection. Another powerful insight:

“Everything I did can be redone by the creature who lives in My Will.” (Vol. 13)

This is the beauty of redoing: the soul is no longer bound by time or imperfection but participates in the eternal, perfect acts of Jesus.

The Difference Between Repairing and Redoing

  •  Repairing restores what was lost through sin
  • Redoing perfects every act in the Divine Will.

Jesus gives a deeper sense of this fullness:

“In My Will, nothing is lost; everything is preserved and acquires infinite value.” (Vol. 16)

 Repairing heals. Redoing perfects.

Together, they complete the offering of the soul to God.

 Living theActs Daily

These acts are not extraordinary practices reserved for a few—they are meant for daily living. Jesus encourages this continuous union:

“Let everything you do be in My Will, so that your acts may have one single act with Mine.” (Vol. 12)

Simple Practice At the beginning of the day:

“Jesus, I fuse myself in Your Will. I unite with all Your acts to repair for all and redo all in Your Divine Will.”

 During the day

Offer each action in union with Jesus Repair for the failures of others .

Redo acts with divine love

Even the smallest act becomes infinite.

Why This Matters According to the revelations given to Luisa Piccarreta,

Living this way transforms the soul’s role in creation. Jesus explains:

“The mission of living in My Will is the greatest—it is to return to Me the order, the place, and the purpose for which man was created.” (Vol. 19)

Through repairing and redoing God receives divine glory

Souls are spiritually helped.

 Creation begins to be restored

A Simple Prayer for Repairing and Redoing

Jesus, I fuse myself in Your Divine Will. I unite with all Your acts—past, present, and future. I repair for all offenses given to You and redo every act of creatures in Your most holy Will. May everything be for Your glory and the triumph of Your Kingdom. Amen.

 Final Reflection

  •  Repairing and redoing are not about doing more—they are about living differently.

 As Jesus tells Luisa:

“The one who lives in My Will lives as if in Heaven, even while on earth.” (Vol. 11)

In the Divine Will, every act becomes eternal, infinite, and divine. This is the gift entrusted through Luisa Piccarreta: to let God live and act within us—restoring all things in His Love.
